The village is in the Jintan District of Changzhou, Jiangsu, to the west and slightly north of Jintan itself, the nearest town being Zhulinzhen.

The block of 6 stamps includes the imperf top margin. The stamps are upside down in the picture, to show the cancel more clearly.

The stamps are the common large 'Post' overprint, obscuring the Japanese flag on the tower; Yang EC365a.

NOTE - for a discussion of why these stamps were overprinted, see the related article about the 7th Anniversary of Shandong Post set.

All the low values of the set were printed in large quantities, including the $5, but they are less common used, especially in multiples.
